The song is Hello! no Theme which has been sung at the beginning of 2 concerts in 2005 and 2007. I think it's a wonderful promo and starter piece as a result for the chorus project. The verses repeat, so there are pretty much just 3 parts that need to be sung. That's about 10 minutes about listening and learning it if you've never heard it before, then 5 more minutes of recording and you're done!

Now this is going to get confusing. Since the game is no auds, the mini solo goes to the first 11 submissions. You can't reserve a spot by saying "I'll aud later", so when you submit your lines, just number it in your post for which line submission you are. Ie: If you're the 4rth person to submit lines for the song, just put a (4) at the beginning.

NOTE: This piece dosn't have any literal solos, but in the subsequent choir pieces, there will be!~ This is simply the debut piece that introduces HelloProChorus to the world! <3

There won't be overlap in the lyrics and I'll be copying and pasting the repeating parts. Anyone can audition, even mixers, colour-coders, producers, aunts, uncles, cats, dogs, kangaroos, penguins, gummiworms, jellybeans, etc.

TO AUDITION: Locate which submission number you are, and sing the appropriate verses. Send in your lines acapella by uploading to a file hosting site and put down the link in the submission form

Everyone will have their name tag on the video for lines they sing correspond to the video.

Please keep in mind that if you'd like to sing in future chorus dubs, it'd be most convenient if you keep the same image and name for your tag so we don't have more tags than needed. The image on your tag is preferably someone from H!P, and it dosn't matter whom. HOWEVER. Despite overlapping members are allowed, the same image cannot be used. For example, 2 people found the exact image of Takahashi but the first person to submit will be allowed to use it. There are millions of pictures out there, and if we have more variety to the group, that would be ideal. People who submit lines but no name or image will be put with their default name (or a nickname if it's crazy-long) and a random H!P member image.

Well, when you apply for this song in particular, you don't need an audition because that IS your actual submission.

The image tag you pick is the image and name that shows up in the video whenever you sing.

You're not allowed to reserve the spot until you submit your lines

Ah, I get why it seems confusing XD The lyrics in the first post is what you need to submit minimally. You can sing the entire song if you want, but if you sing the "2 line solo section." that will be omitted from your track. It dosn't have to be timed, as I can retimed and copy+paste sections too. From submission 19-24, as long as you have at least one of:

The lyrics don't go with the song, but you have 2 options when recording:
1.) Record just the lyrics with the right pitch and timing (this is the minimal lines you need to submit
OR
2.) Record the song once through, but some of your lines will get cut out

Either way, if you're still confused, you may just want to record it once throughout =]
