Staff Roster

Staff Roster:

Mixer (M) = gathers/manages all media files and creates the final piece
Producer (P) = listens to files and colour-codes based on the solo distribution
Video Editor (VE) = requires producers to submit lyric breakdown to add image tags
Image Editor (IE) = manages the image and name tags shown in the chorus videos

To produce a piece:
1 mixer and 1 producer must agree to be responsible for it. If the staff is listed to be M/P, they are able to take on both jobs.

The mixer keeps track of all the lines that come in, and any new members are to be pm'd to an IE staff to add to the image database.

Once all the lines are recieved, the producer goes through the lines and colour codes the lyrics.

The mixer then mixes the song according to the lyrics.

A copy of the lyrics is forwarded to the VE (Renna) so the image tags can be placed onto the video file accordingly.

Based on the current staff count, we are able to have up to 4 running projects at the same time
